Teacher & Expert Academy · Stage 4 of 5
Quick answer
Scale teaching by moving from 1:1 lessons into group classes, cohorts, and paid webinars. Teaching several learners at once raises your revenue per hour, and a cohort format adds structure and community that many learners will pay a premium for.
Key takeaways
Everything you need for the scale with workshops stage, strongest first.
Define a clear curriculum and outcome, set a schedule and capacity, price per seat, and use one platform for registration, payment, and video so learners can join in a single step.
A class can be a single session or a short series. A cohort is a group that moves through a program together over weeks, with more structure and community, which learners often pay a premium for.
Promote to your existing students and audience first, offer early-bird pricing to create momentum, and keep the group small so it fills. A full small class beats an empty large one.
