Coach Academy · Stage 4 of 5
Quick answer
Scale beyond 1:1 by moving clients into group coaching and multi-session programs. Group coaching serves many clients in the same hour at a lower price per person but higher total revenue, and packaged programs create predictable income instead of one-off sessions.
Key takeaways
Everything you need for the scale with workshops stage, strongest first.
Price on the transformation and total access included, not per hour. A group program usually sits below your 1:1 total but above a single session, so clients get a discount while you earn more per hour.
You can start a viable group with as few as four to six committed clients. Run it, gather testimonials, and use those results to fill larger cohorts.
Group coaching is live and interactive, with feedback on each client. A course is self-paced content. Many coaches sell both, using the course to feed the higher-priced live group.
