About Benjamin Roman
Benjamin Roman is a marketing consultant on Talkspresso with 20+ years of experience.
Background
I have over 20 years of bike mechanic and retail experience and 5 years of e-bike experience specializing in Rad Power bikes and Aventon power bikes but I am not limited to those brands. I am the general manager and head mechanic of a successful California bike shop specializing in every type of bicycle. I know the fine details to fixing e-bikes that most bike shops dont. Most shops turn non-main stream brand e-bike customers away since they are frowned upon in the industry. I am here to help customers diagnose their normal bike and e-bike problems when they aren't having luck at their local bike shop, dont have a local shop to go to, or they want to save money by doing it themselves or just want to learn how their bike works. I want to help people fix their bikes so they can get back on the road and learn a thing or two to keep them on the road. I would also like to help people in purchasing e-bikes by guiding towards the correct bike for them and helping them avoid buying brands that will cause them problems.
