Initial Connection Call

Join me for a 30-minute one-on-one video call designed for those who are on a healing journey. As a trauma-informed expert and certified life coach, I will guide you through how life coaching, somatic therapy, and trauma-informed parenting can address the challenges you face in everyday life. This session will allow us to discuss your unique experiences and goals, and explore how we can work together to enhance your journey and help others in the process. Bring your questions and let's start this transformative journey together.
